The P.E.K.K.A is a girl, she was named after a scientist that works on robots nextdoor to supercell. In the loading screen,there is a sentence that mentions it as a 'she'.

I think the armor is alive and it is female, and the driver is either a genderless robot, female, or male. (kind of like iron man and Jarvis, only in this case JARVIS is female) but I wouldn't mind a woman kicking butt too.
