Why does it cost to attack clans!? First game ever, then you pick where we go. Sending me to clans with no treasure or to ones of certain defeat. Resulting in me spending all my gold just to play the game, this is a sham im sorry to say. This kills the game for me

Do you mean attacking other players? And i believe it is in their to prevent people from searching unlimitedly. You sound like a new player and believe me You don't even notice the search cost later in the game
Yup, the cost becomes marginal as you progress. The ones that complain about the search cost just needs to know how and whom to attack.
