Balloonion: How to beat a max TH9?100%

Balloonion isn't an effective strategy for warring at TH9 as it's purpose is to 2 star bases.

As a TH9 i've 3 starred two th9s in war using 2 hounds with loons and minions.
The bases had all th9 defenses but they were far from maxed bases.

It's a solid 2 star attack strategy but 3 stars requires some luck and generally a non-maxed th9.
