Clan War Player Selection

I think that we need an option to dis-include certain players in our clans. For example, in my clan we all know each other IRL. Now some of us are not very dedicated to clan wars like the rest of us and do not want to participate in clan wars. So what we do is; kick them out, start a war, invite them back. Now this is not very tedious to our small clan as it is to some bigger clans. My point being is that there should be a option on where we can not include specific players. I hope you will consider this and thank you for your time.
