How to Attack this TH8 Clan War Base

I'm wondering how to attack this base. Is it even possible to get 3 stars or should I just shoot for 2?

I'm TH8 with:

Lvl 5 Barbarians
Lvl 5 Archers
Lvl 5 Giants
Lvl 4 Wallbombers
lvl 4 Wizards
Lvl 3 Dragons
Lvl 2 Hog Riders
Lvl 2 Healers
Lvl 1 PEKKA

Lvl 5 Rage Spells
Lvl 4 Healing Spells
Lvl 4 Lightning Spells

I notice that you don't have Golems and LVL 5 wizards. If you had those, I'd recommend Gowipe. However, since you don't have those it'll probably be difficult to get 2-3 stars with drags or some other strategy like Giant/Wizard. Let a higher ranking clanmate take that village.

I have level 5 giants and I can finish my level 5 wizards that are almost finished in my lab. Could lvl 5 giants take the place of golems for GoWiPe? GiWiPe?

Yes, that'd be your best hope for 2 stars.

I agree with drag/loon but with 2 rage and 1 heal or 2 heal and 1 rage, depending on your play style. 9 drags and 9 loons, or 8 drags and 13 loons. That'd be 5 loons in your cc, if you can get lvl6 loons you'd be styling. GLHF!
