Elder vs leader. Another promotion type?

What do you do as an elder? What do you do as a co leader or leader? I've gone through clans kinda seeing what clan elders and cos do and what the requirements for elder and co are. It's always something to do with donation and since the war addition whether or not you attack in war. Even loyalty is a requirement in some. What about an advisor? Could that be a promotion too? A person who can flag for the leader a person struggling. Maybe flag people falling behind on donations. Inactives? It's been my experience that even though that is a given responsibilty to elders and cos sometimes it doesn't get done right. Or a co or elder takes too much responsibilty and boots someone and then another takes issue. Can the problem be solved by removing the "kick" option for elders and giving them a flag option?

The flagging idea is ok, but as you said, can be done by an elder.

I think they should have a "recruiter" title. Recruiters couldnt kick members but they could add them.

Elder title would stay but instead of allowing kick every 20 min, bump up the time to every 8 min.

I would love this feature also. I have seen things like this in similar games like Game of War Fire Age. Good idea.
