There needs to be a new level between "Elder" and "Member"
Reason:
Because it will make it easier to manage large clan sizes.
Because there needs to be a mid level to keep good new members but not let them become elders yet.

I think there should be one in between co and elder. In my clan, the majority of us all know each other personally, were all friends, so naturally we all get elder for doing nothing haha, but we let randoms be elders so long as they are at (or above) 300 donates per season.. Unfortunately elders cant kick other elders, so when this random person in our clan uses like 200 barbs during war time (for both attacks..) and thats all they use, we need to kick them obviously.. But The leader and co leaders arent always as active as they should be!!
Sounds like you either need more active leaders or to not promote to Elder before your sure they attack the way you want them to.
Plus a leader or Co is needed to start the next just make sure they are aware of the people that need to be kicked or find a clan that is more active/focused on war.
i think there should be one between co and leader, a second-in-command... but there can only be one per a clan, to prevent the co trolling thing... im sure youve all experienced that

Not at all. Coleaders should only be given those that are really trusted, so anyone that gets the coleader kicking or trolling can only blame themselves. Elder should be given on a selective basis, not free for everyone like OP does. Thats the function of member. If SC keeps adding ranks and people keep giving away ranks for free, whats the pointQuote:
