What happens to your base when you quit?

I am quitting the game as I have got bored with trying to farm and with the time it takes to progress. I will put my collectors and storages on one side of my base and my defences on the other. What happens to my account and to my base after I quit?, will it be removed from the game?, will it be restorable should I hear of favourable changes in the future?

I really enjoyed the journey to max at TH8 and will miss the chat, although I will be keeping in touch with my clanmates.

Supercell reserves the right to remove an account after 180 days of inactivity, though they say that this has never been done, logging in on occasion wouldn't hurt.

I would just log in to your account and initiate an attack every 3 days or so to make sure it isn't deleted (this isn't to make sure it doesn't go to the back of the queue honest (but don't empty your collectors when you log on ;))).
