Try making the render focal. This means where the eyes look first. Put it near the middle but slightly to the left or right. You can also try making the render popout to add depth. You can simply do this with a tool called dodge/burn. What program are you using? I can tell you which one on GIMP and PS. It looks like you're using GIMP, and if you are its the black rod thing. Shrink the text and put it near the render's arm. Right now I see you're adding a background, render, and text. This is good for a beginner, and I recommend watching tutorials. For the border, just a 1px black border is fine. Don't overdo it, because right now it is distracting. I think with help this could become an awesome signature. Try adding some effects around the pekka, if you know how. The text over there is just ruining the flow.
