i play hay day on samsung galaxy tab 3 t211.when i play fist account level up to 20.it's got empty shop all and i report SPC by Help and Support.they said wait fix. while waiting i creat 1new account and play.it got same problem when up level 20.i creat 3rd accout and play.and this account got empty shop this morning after level up to 20.Does the problem only occur after level up to 20? Sorry my english bad
The Game just have update.However after update i log 3 my accounts level 20.problem empty shop all not fix haizzz
I don't see product in shop ... I'm not baned I contact game support but not solve my problem just apoogy and regret...
