Not all quitters are quitters, I have about 15 friends who started playing 1 has quit, about 10 of them play on and off sometimes not logging in for 3-4 days, these bases look abandoned when you attack them.
It is just a trend but yeah I have the impression that there is more abandoned bases than usual. At least I encountered many recently. Or Maybe I am just in a lucky time.
And with the league system now, when you find a base with no league badge (3-4 days after the reset) , you know that the guy has not played since a long time.
I find a lot of abandoned bases. I even found one with wall spikes, and 400k gold +.
This was definitely noticeable yesterday as I had several 300k raids, which rarely happens. There were collectors and storage sitting out and empty Xbox as op noticed. One person had made a smiley face out of walls and storages. I am sure it's just turnover and things will settle out, but in the meantime, I am certainly not complaining
I think people quit because lack of loots, unable to progress in the game. Now we have less player and more loots in the system, we must thank supercell for making this game easier for the hardcore players.
8 million downloads, 1 million active users. Of course, many quit early, Supercell cycles out inactives, etc, so its not like you will see 7 inactives for every one active base. But it's not surprising to see a lot (plus, you notice/remember them, since they tend to have a lot of easy to get loot).
Jokes, I will never quit
So? Better for us. SC is making 2.4m a day.
