Can a th 10 find goot loot at sub 200?

Hi, i'm a th 10 and i'm currently at crystal league 2 and i can't find good loot. I've been reading about th8s and th9s at sub 200 trophyes amd i heard they get good loot there. But 've never heard of a th10 at sub 200.
MY questions are:
is it worth for me as a TH10 going to sub 200 trophyes?
Will i get good loot there?
Will i find 200.000 + gold and elixir bases very fast?

Don't mean to hijack, but is it easier to find good loot as a th8 down there?

Yes it most certainly is, but i will say, you need to have some good skill to do it
