I just became a Th5 a few days ago, Just got lvl 1 wizards and I'm starting to wonder why they are so weak I try using barbs as meat shields and the wizards still struggle to take out defenses. I'd appreciate if someone replies to me on this post.:D

Well they are level 1, they aren't gonna tear through defenses with 1 shot (that's level 6 wizard ;))
They don't truly become great until lvl 5, the stat boost they get from lvl 4 to 5 is huge
Actually lv 1 Wizards should work fine against opposing TH 5-6. Instead of using Barbs as meatshield, use Giants. Mortars and Wiz Towers do enough splash damage to decimate your Barb meatshields.
I don't record ever using wizards till I was TH8 tbh. Takes too long to train for what they are.
