Having to wait a week or longer for upgrades that I paid $20.00 + to get is way to long. If your not going to get rid of upgrade time. At least allow us to up grade the builders so that they can speed up work, and get more done.

it lowers the time it take to upgrade something.
i know the upgrade times are frustrating, but it keeps you playing. you will always have something to play for. id probably just stop playing once i max everything out and there was nothing more to buy. that is why i bought all my builders huts and only use my gems on the 1 gem boosts they offer or ill boost my barracks to assist in raiding to save up for a particular upgrade.
let me put it this way.
supercell has specifically said that they have no intention of changing the game mechanic in regards to the builders huts. you will not be able to upgrade them. you will have to either deal with the upgrade time as it is, or you can spend your money on gems and upgrade them that way. unfortunately, those are your only 2 options. well, a 3rd option is to stop playing.
