Range adjustment for CC luring.

It isn't very efficient to make a perfect square base, lower level th's don't have enough walls to build an efficient base AND keep their clan castle troops from being lured out. Maybe start out with 5 or 6 tiles less range for a level 1 cc and increase by 1 or 2 by upgrading?

Not a good idea, it will be more difficult to lure those troops outside walls
