Hey guys thanks for coming to this thread to hopefully help me out.
I am currently at th9 and all of my defenses are maxed except 3 cannons and that mortar we just got. When I have maxed defenses I want to get my king and queen to level 15 before I upgrade my town hall to 10. They are both level 10 right now and if I only upgraded one at a time non stop they would take 60 days to finish. I currently farm at gold 2 and it is very good for gold and elixir and is average in dark elixir. I could probably get enough dark to keep one hero upgrading at a time but I heard that there is a lot of dark elixir in crystal 2 and 3.
My question for you guys is do you think that if I used balloonion (because it isn't as dependent on heroes as giant/healer) in crystal 2 or 3 league would I be able to keep both of my heroes constantly upgrading until level 15?
I was thinking 20 balloons and 60 minions with 5 barbs and 15 archers to deal with the clan castle. I would bring 1 lightning 1 or 2 heal and 1 or 2 rage. Could this army keep both my heroes upgrading or do you think I would need more balloons? I would prefer to keep the training time under 30-40 minutes but if I have to go higher than that to keep them both upgrading then I will. Oh by the way, I have both my drills at level 6 so they are bringing about 5k a day as well.
Please don't say, "Use BAM or Barch it is way faster to train up". I don't want to use either of those since they are not capable of getting into the core of a base and it takes longer to find a collector base. It is a really effective strategy if you have to patience to search for a collector raid but I am not the patient type. Balloonion, to me, seems like a good balance of power, training time, and cost.
