New Dark Troop: Minotaur

A new dark troop who jumps above the walls and target all towers. A balanced warrior possessed by evil who has a powerful attack and an enourmous resistance. When he attacks he differs a diagonal cut with is axe. Stats: DPS: 220; HP: 3000; Training Cost: 550 dark elixir; Favourite target: Towers (all-type); damage type: single; targets: ground; Housing: 30; Training time: 35 minutes; movement speed: 20; " The almighty Minotaur revives by dark elixir. Great Idea!

A few months ago i too was thinking about suggesting a minataur, but as a new hero. I love the idea and think it would fit perfect into the game. My only thought, from when I was visualizing it is that it would not be able to jump walls. I think SC will keep that hog rider specific. I really like the fav target as towers. But since i dont think it will be able to jump walls, it should do extra damage to walls. Like x6 or x8. Everything thing else is perfect, concept art, stats, cost great idea 👍

Maybe it can have a raged form, so when it loses a certain amount of hp its attack and speed improves.

Great idea but it's as powerful lvl1 as the lvl 1 barb king and the Minotaur should be a little bit slower if it's that powerful

Its damage per second should be higher. Otherwise, it has the less health and half the damage as 4 valkyries (for 32 housing space)

I'd add something like a charge attack! It walks with 12 Movement Speed and as soon a tower is, lets say 3 tiles away, the minotaur charges to the tower and deals some extra DMG (about 160)! What do you think?

Love it!

I absolutely love this idea! It has a great balance and it just seems so awesome! I once had this idea but didn't know of this forum. I think it would be a good job on SC's part to incorporate this into CoC. Shame I don't even have Dark Barracks :P

I think that all are great Ideas. But we have to define the final stats. How you think that should be the final stats of this troop? Colonelawesome I think that your stats fit very well but at the same time I like the idea of the multiple targets and to have less costs to us players, because the idea has to benefit us in the game.. I am open to all opinions... And you? Dont have Ideas that want to implement in the game? :)

Original Stats

Thank you for your offer and adding me into the idea. I think the original stats are perfect, DMG, health, space cost. Much like a powerful tank troop. What it adds in additional dps it loses in its health compared to other tanks (golem) so its a pick and choose type situation. For this id only have it be capable of 2 levels. Going to 3500 hips at level 2 and 350 dps. I also wouldn't added an ability upon death, some DE troops have them, some dont. You came up with a really solid troop idea, solid stats and use. Don't take all these suggestions into play and make this another useless troop idea. You hit the nail on the head with the original post.

&&&&& for the love of god, do NOT make it like the Valkyrie, making it like the least used troop in the game is not smart. It being a powerful "sub tank" is perfect!

Thank you for your comment. :) You think so? Well... i am amazed :) So.. What could we do to this idea go to Supercell? :) You know I put this idea in other thread and they dont like it so much xD But it doesnt matter, of you like the idea I am already happy :)

Most dudes want a mythological creature (Mostly Greek mythology) as a troop so this fits in. He's initially a buffed Pekka? I can see him being awesome only if he get's his own passive or something?

I mean with a charge attack, that the minotaur dashes to the next tower if a tower is in range!
Maybe add something to his dash: He can das through walls but takes 5% or x% of max. HP for every wall he overbears! While x is the level of the wall!

WHY not a new valk style troop? When it's the least used troop then we should change that or make this troop like an improved valk so more players use him!
And gosh pls don't make AGAIN a tank SEE! We have enough tanks! No need for them! We need some totaly new content!

/defense targeting troops all target the same thing as this. Double damage for walls would make Wb unneeded, but i like the aforementioned rage ability, where when he hits like 40% health he get's frenzied and attacks faster, and does more DPS until he dies

Needs a few tweaks. With almost the attack of a PEKKA and almost the health of a PEKKA with the ability of a hog rider it's a bit OP
