What did you use for that?
Ex. MS paint

All my pixel art is done on Paint.

Where are the red circles on each cheek? You need to add them to make it look more like that pokemon.

I made two of the spikes pink instead.. thought the red cheeks looked odd. I'll see what Pingfao prefers once he sees this.

I do digital paintings too. Those are on Photoshop.
