lvl6 giants pretty good too, but didn't realy change the way I played, quite so much as those loons ......

Giants 5 > 6. I use giant/healer to farm so the huge amount of health they got in this upgrade helped a lot! But also the damage they do is immense also!
baloons 5 > 6. Obvious like those who replied before me, got me to Masters!(:
Wizard 4 > 5. Although i dont use wizards too too much. I do for war. And the stat upgrade from 4 to 5 is crazy! Idk if i ever plan to upgrade to 6, barely an upgrade (except the cost sky rockets).

I totally agree with balloons to level 6. BUT, I think my favorite has been witches level 2. :) Isnt it time to add level 3 supercell?

Whilst it is a very popular choice, it is interesting to see the variation of troops mentioned so far.
In contrast though, I think the least significant troop upgrade would have to be the Minion from Lv1 - Lv6.
Those guys are just powerful at any level. :)

Balloons from 5-6 was by far the biggest for me. I would never touch loons prior to that upgrade but after they have been awesome (plus they look sweet). Loons with a rage or two can really farm a ton of loot rather easily.
