Your most significant troop upgrade?

By this, I don't necessarily mean the strongest troop upgrade.

But which upgrade impressed you the most, changed the way you used your troops and had the most noticeable difference in raids?

My top 5 would be:

1) Barbarian Lv4 > Lv5 - Way back when I got this upgrade, I was amazed by the power of these little chaps. With so many square/egg bases around, there was no better feeling than raging hundreds of barbarians and destroying everything. They were so powerful they used to make my game lag/crash every time I flooded a base. Fully deserving of the top spot on my list.

2) PEKKA Lv4 > Lv5 - They just take out buildings like they are nothing. They make GoWiPe attacks very easy, especially if you time your spells right.

3) Balloon Lv5 > Lv6 - There is a noticeable 'tankiness' about the lv6 balloons which makes them stand out a lot more than at any other level.

4) Balloon Lv4 > Lv5 - Before I learnt about the Balloonian attack. I used to use these with goblins to clean up. most fun troop to use.

5) Archer Lv6 > Lv7 - Before lv7 archers came out, I always thought lv6 archer upgrade wasn't that impressive. However, I have began to notice that they take out buildings a lot more quickly and efficiently at lv 7. Very impressed with this upgrade so far.

So what are your most significant upgrades?

oh this one for sure - if only for the completely boss skull and crossbones :)

Balloon lv 5 > lv 6 no doubt. also witches lv 1 > lv 2

Loons 5 to 6 for sure

Pekka 4 to 5 were also a massive game changer in war for me. Started 3 starring TH 10s regularly :)

.. Rather boring I know but lvl4- lvl5 wizards and giants from lvl5- lvl6 made a big difference to my normal attack. I still rely on them to farm and get to the storages inside the base


And hogs..... I was upgrading as they were being nerfed. But they are still great. Unfortunately due to the expense and constant DE upgrades I dont use these as much as I should.

Balloon Level 6. I never used balloons before I got level 6, except for the occasional level 6 loon being donated.

Game changer for me, I'm a consistent Loonioneer.

Wizards Lvl 4 to 5. They are actually worth something now.

I'm kinda a big fan of that flying fiery eyed beast.. Looks great! Unfortunately, I don't use them, but donate a ton in clan wars, so I get my fix then.

Balloons lv3 - 4 I thought they were powerful enough at lv3
Hogs lv1 - 2 Now I can properly start hogging :D

I'm with Daddy, Loons 5->6 without doubt.
