Is War Profitable Now?

You need to win your battles for it to be profitable. I make over a million of each resource as a TH10 raiding higher TH10's. It's actually closer to 1.1 million.

As long as you are in a clan that wins more than it loses, you will make profit.

The experience alone that you will gain from doing wars is worth it to me.

Don't know about you guys but I always make profit in clan wars and I use Gowipe

Then I assume you dont make clan castle donations for attacks or war castle donations for defense.

I dont donate lv 5 pekkas and lv 2 witches for farming so I actually do factor those into whether a war is profitable. I do well on gold, almost break even on de and am always way behind on elixir.

Depends. Gold of course. But what you can do is if your not really caring about DE like I am ATM use. DE heavy army like gowiwi or hogs then you gain elixir as well and gold.

Also another aspect that improves war profits is just have loot in WC. Having a mil or so is very nice when saving for those expensive upgrades since it doesn't really get raided

I agree with everyone on gold, and elixir is better but still not profitable

our clan spends a lot on our first raid to get insure 2/3 stars. after out first attack were usually sitting pretty good so most can snipe if we want while the ones who don't need resources or want to go for stars can guarantee us the win

Anyone who profits on all three in war is either one of the lower members of the clan, or they don't bother to donate much.

Either way, I'll bet every successful leader and co-leader would agree, war is not profitable, except for in gold.

And... even if you are pulling in a million in gold, it's taking two days to get it. You'd have to be one lousy farmer to average a half million a day.

But... war is fun.

i have the highest troops in my clan and i always have plenty of elix so i usually look after the cwc donations. for me elixir isnt that important anymore. im th10 and have only irrelevant troop upgrades and 2 camps to max. then all my elixir can go into walls. so i dont make a profit on purple but i do profit on de. i do wars for gold mainly and the satisfaction winning brings!
