Simple eazy Changes to make Clans better!

1. a option where you can lock the shield so no one but leader can change it!
2. pay gems to change a Clan name
3. options to pick witch co-leaders can control what and what elders can control
4. Private messages to clan members
5. leaders able to ban members for good or allow them back
