Global Clan Castle
Edit, Guess I should of called it "Shared Clan Castle"
-This castle would be a set capacity at lets say(200).
-Leader's can delete unwanted troop's
-Anyone can donate to it but it does not go towards donation count until someone removes that troop from it and put's it into there clan castle.
-Donating to it would be on a 1h cooldown for either 10 troop's or 50 capacity what ever comes first.(so someone cant spam it for donation xp)
-Only non-new member's can remove troop's from it which places them in there clan castle( stop's hoppers )
-Removing would be similar to when you "Request" and your clan castle will be on cooldown.

Not everybody is on at the same time. So if people can donate troop's to a "Global" clan castle when you decide to clash you can fill your castle with the troop's that were donated to the global. Instead of sitting on a request for X amount of time.
