Lol we kick them, invite them back and then kick them again.

Again.. Just because you own a high rank clan and it would never happen to you because you're 'the man'

Its stills still going on. As the guy in first post said 3 clans its happened to him!

This guy who did it to our clan helped build, adding people.. Donated ect. He did it to us after a week and second war.

Stop bein a spiteful person and agree its a problem for stubburn leaders who are co happy.. Its the end users that lose out in the long run because the leader made a bad call. Ha

1 week is not enough dedication to be made Co. Granted, I don't know who pisses away a week of their life just to ruin a small online community, it still isn't enough time. I spent 5 months being the best clan mate I could be before I was made Co-Leader, and because the clans ideals mean so much to our clan, I continue to uphold them. I wasn't even given Elder after a week, haha

I agree it's a problem for Co-happy Leaders, but complaining about Leaders who create their own Co-Leader problems is like complaining about league bonuses being too low when you use a camp full of Dragons to TH snipe...

And as for the members of the clan, here's a tip for ya...If your Leader hands out Co willy-nilly, then you are not in a good clan. Not singling anyone out, that's just how it is

Not ignoring that there is a problem just that there is a simple solution to the problem. Also if you are in a clan as you depicted above, you need a either a new leader or a different clan. Also two weeks is definitely not enough time to make a person a co.

It's called the co leader, someone called co leader should have almost the same amount of power as a leader, my solution is to only give co to people that have been promoted to elder, donated a lot, contributed to the clan, and has been there for more than 4 months. Seriously no one is going to donate a whole lot and stay in a clan for four months just to kick everyone

First, I have to say that this is a real problem for some clans. My original clan had a co-leader who thought it was fun to join other clans, ask for co-leader, and then kick everyone. He would then come back and tell us about his adventures. So there are people who think this is hilarious. To the rest of us, it was a little disconcerting, but he was really a great guy once you got to know him. Just had a quirky sense of humor.

Anyway, the reason this happens so often is because of all the clans that offer co-leader as an inducement to attract players. I know it is really hard to recruit high level people into a clan, but if someone ever asks for co-leader, you should kick them immediately! I am not kidding -- kick first and ask questions later! Problem solved!

I think that if there is going to be over 50% of your clan that has the co leader position, then the whole clan should just be co leader. Or only let the TOP THREE TRUSTED members be co leader. That way, even if you "TRUST" them, then if there is only three, then there isn't much damage that they can do, since you trust them the most, out of your select group of "TRUSTED" members.

Co leader is supposed to be a co LEADER with exactly the same powers as leader.
It is not a role that should be given lightly, and if Leaders want to share their leadership role so freely, then that is their problem.

If you are in a clan where this is happening, and you don't agree with how the leader runs their clan you have two choices:
1/ put up with it
2/ Find a clan with a better leader.
