The Cons And Pros Of Everyone Putting TH Outside

Many people have suggested that we all do this to help each other farm. Here are the cons and pros of it:

PROS:

People can get the loot bonus easier
People can trophy push easier
With all the active bases shielded, the inactives will be in the beginning of the queues


CONS:

You have no guarantee if people would go for the rest of your base or not
Everyone will be in clouds when inactives are shielded
Revenge list is no longer useful since everyone is always shielded


The cons dont out number the pros or visa versa, so this is not a bad idea. But people just wont do this because:

1. It feels bad to lose defenses
2. The forums are small in percentage to clashers
3. Some people just wont agree with that


And I can now welcome myself to the MILLENNIAL CLUB!!!
Celebrating my 1000th post here, if only Julez was here to see this.

I hope this helped some people and stopped more people from spamming the forums with this idea because now they know the cons.

What about how boring this game would be? You say that pros don't outweigh cons, but that's only because your analysis isn't comprehensive.

What are the pros and cons of listening to a player who no longer play the game talking about the game?

I put 1 hour max a day on the forums. Except for Thursday and Friday and the holidays cause i dont have school those days.

Ummm.. Not really. I did not say max their base completely, i meant farming. Also if you snipe you get 4 to 11 troohies and if you do that 40 times a day, you can move up a heck lot of trophies that has better loot bonus and go on and on until a maxed base

Isnt your 'Strong' account a mid TH8? Why are you only playing with your weak account was TH8 stuff too hard?

Have you ever reached Masters or Champions lge?

Theres another method that is superior to both methods as it takes the bests of both worlds and offers other benifits.

Enclosed but reachable townhall (away from storages and well defended.)

I come across these bases often and this is how I realized their strength. When I took a trip to crystal sometimes I just had to hit these bases to keep climbing. If I was willing to commit everything to the attack I can get the TH every time but even that wasn't 100% with barch.

Pros to enclosed but reachable townhall (away from storages.)
()Barch (the most common army) can not raid you after th snipe. They simply do not have the power after losing 50%-75% of their force.
()Super newbs will just feed you trophies trying to kill your townhall. (these types of players are abundant)
()Cheap diving armies (giants and barbs) know going into it the battle that they will probably lose because they can't devote troops to breach the TH far away from their main target (storages) and will most likely hit next, if not they would have attacked you anyways with a free TH kill. 50% is tough when you are diving storage's.
()TH will often not be destroyed in serious raid.

Cons
()Makes you more susceptible to serious raids because many snipers will skip you. (not all though)
()failed attempts on your defense can end up costing you lots of resource from rearming traps and small loses each new attack.

To me - I am willing to lose 30-40k resource to protect my dark storage if I'm saving for a big upgrade. gaining 30-60 trophies a day while offline is also very nice.

As an idea of protest I understand the notion of us all getting together to voice our desire for greater abundance of loot, but I think we are doing this to death in the loot thread already.

As an idea of a new permenant way of playing the game, I think this is would be so, so boring and would completely defeat the point of the game. Clash is largely about outwitting the other players to earn your resources, build stronger armies and defences to rise through the ranks to becoming a max th10 and then play how you like.

i think it is good thinking of new ways to play the game and deal with the way resources have dwindled over time, but I don't think this is a good option.

Stop spamming the forums!!

True gamers aren't going to go for this. We might get angry and say many things but that's testosterone, an important ingredient to any top player. Or whatever women have.. Lol
