If you know you'll buy the gems eventually, just buy the builder now, if not, then get to masters/ finish FIN
First of all, edit this post and correct your spelling. Second of all, get the damn builder already. Im surprised you made it all the way to th9 without it.

4 builders is good enough. getting the 5th builder will just make your base weaker because you will upgrade to many defenses at once. not only that your builders will just be sleeping all the time once everything is done. I have 4 builders and that allows for all my builders to stay busy and for me to do walls. if i had a 5th builder id be instead of building walls id be putting the loot into another defense upgrade just to keep the builder busy. Having 4 builders insures my walls will get to max and i wont be having a ton of sleeping builders and i can use my gems for boosts. I dont want to have eveything upgraded and then have a bunch of walls and heroes to upgrade at the end because thats just lame. I also dont want to get all my buildings maxed super quick because then id be waiting months for new updates to come out. at this rate i been going im getting to upgrade all my stuff with no builders sleeping, i get to do walls, and i also get the new update stuff to extend my time at th9 and keep things new and fun. the new mortar and 2 traps that were added gave my builders some short and cheap upgrades they can do while i dump all the rest of the loot into walls. hope we get some more stuff like that in the next update. maybe level 12 collectors :)
I want to have all my walls done before i max all of my buildings while keeping all 4 my workers busy. master strategy to not get bored!
Yep this guy is on the right track. Don't use 5 builders on towers. If you get a 5th only use him for walls or you will be forever premie. Walls matterQuote:

You're asking us to tell you whether 25 dollars is more valuable to you than the time it takes to complete those things? Come on.
I would go through in game achievements. If you want to get it as soon as possible and money is no issue then sure, pay the money! It is certainly easier, I just prefer the challenge of doing it without money! It is just a game after all
It is not hard to get to masters at TH9.
Up to you whether you want to buy the gems or not.
