clan leaders allowed to opt members out of war

Can you give clan leaders the ability to opt clan members out of war like if someone is on holiday or as a punishment for not helping the clan out.

I like this idea. I am sure there are both pros and cons to it, but off the top of my head I see more bad than good!

The idea is that clan members who are in active due to holidays can be left out of a clan war rather then leaving the clan and coming back but only the leader can opt them out of the war not the Co leaders or elders just allows the leader to lead his clan

Could leaders also be able to lock clan description so no one can change it cause that gets annoying at times

I like that idea I am also sick of people opening and closing the clan and lowering the amount of trophys required to enter the clan.

I would really like this feature, if some clan member is on holiday for a week or two or out in the countryside with no cellphone connection it would be great if that person could set his/her status to inactive OR if the leader could choose players to participate in wars. Else this puts a lot of pressure on members to always be active or hampers the clans chances to win wars for that week.

If this was put into the game, then some players may always go to war and some players may never go to war.

That would be up to the leader it would allow him to put active players forward for war and if members want to be involved in war they should be more active.

I see that as a good thing. My clan have a mix of ppl that do and do not want to war. ALL like to watch but not all like to war.

I think it's as simple as having two additional clicks.

The first is to have a button after you start war that makes you select 'all members' or 'confirmed members.' If you select all members the war is the same as today (1st additional click.)

If you select 'confirmed members' then it gives you a countdown window, say a certain amount of time in which the game sends a notification and upon login asks you to confirm your status for war. You click 'opt in' or 'opt out.' (2nd additional click.)

Once the time has elapsed the war search can begin. This makes it a little better because leaders couldn't just exclude people because of some personal bias or as a 'clan punishment' per-Se.
