Brothers U: a clan formed by 2 brothers to tactically win wars and have fun doing it

My brother and I are in our late 20's, starting families, and live in separate states. We started our clan 'Brothers U' to stay a little more connected. Having said that, our clan is pretty chill. We want to keep it small, <20, so that we can tactically plan our wars. We've gone 8-1 so far.

He's a lvl 110 and has been Crystal. I'm level 70, and we have a few other in the 55-70 range and a few as low as lvl 20.

We just want to have fun and win wars.

Our ONLY requirement is that when at war, you use both your attacks and do so smartly. Donating is a plus+++, but a high active level is not a big requirement.
