Some Clan improvements

Hi everybody, first of all sorry for my english i'm from Italy.

There are some ideas that i want share with you.
According to me, when clans are in battle phase of a war, no one could be kicked out, especially if the player has already used one attack. Or in other words, no one could be kicked out when a war is already started.
Otherwise if that idea is not doable, i propose one thing.
If the player, like above, have already used one attack or both attacks in war, he should be able to get anyway the loot from the enemies of his attacks also if kicked out.(as if he were still in the clan).
I propose this cause it happened to me and i do not want that it will happen again to others.
