Clan Bank

Sometimes when I have plenty of resource in my storage, I am thinking if I can share or loan some resource to the other members in my clan who need a little bit more resource to do upgrade urgently.So can we set up a clan bank? Every war season clan members are free to input gold, elixir, dark elixir inside with reasonable limit. Only clan leader and Co-leaders have right to allocate these resources to the members, especially the members who just upgraded the TH.I think this action can help to build a better clan culture :) can u think about this?

Well, I am new to this forum, and I just found that some members already mentioned this point. But official feedback is "rule out" :(
