Archer tower and Air defense "lost" shots?
I made a post on another thread which I will just copy and paste. Since it is revelant.
"Yes. Teslas ARE the best single target defense in the game. They shoot wickedly fast at every .6 seconds compared to .8 and 1 second of the cannon and AT. And the teslas is one of the few building that doesnt have to "turn" to a new target to begin shooting. So shots come quickly to a new target once one is dead. There is also no "wasted" shots with the tesla. If you notice with archer towers and air defense when they shoot a far target, they will shoot the same target despite the previous shot killed it. The shot coming after is wated as it isnt aiming for a new target. Since the tesla's zaps are instant, there is no "lost" shots."
It happens with the air defense since any level air d can one shot any minion. The air d shoots one, kills a minion, but shoots another missle torwards the same minion that is about to die with the previous missle. Effectively making it twice as slow to kill mass troops. Same with AT. No wonder BARCH is so effective. AT (dont know about cannons) miss every other shot. Or 3? I dont know exactly how many but once it finishes off an enemy, the next shot will miss if the target is far away and it takes the arrow more than a second thus the defense hasnt detected the troop is dead yet so it fires another. This isnt an issue with wizard towers since the range is short on them and they shoot a pretty fast projectile.
Can this be fixed, or is it practically ubfixable?
