So I'm crrently new to th7. I already have the new defenses except for teslas. 2 of my workers are busy doing the lab and army camp. Question is, should I build the teslas or should I upgrade my new cannons and archer tower first?

That ^, and make sure you max teslas before going to TH 8. They're a HUGE help when it comes to defeating barch armies (and pekkas, but at TH 7 they're not something you'll have to deal with often).Quote:

Yes. Teslas ARE the best single target defense in the game. They shoot wickedly fast at every .6 seconds compared to .8 and 1 second of the cannon and AT. And the teslas is one of the few building that doesnt have to "turn" to a new target to begin shooting. So shots come quickly to a new target once one is dead. There is also no "wasted" shots with the tesla. If you notice with archer towers and air defense when they shoot a far target, they will shoot the same target despite the previous shot killed it. The shot coming after is wated as it isnt aiming for a new target. Since the tesla's zaps are instant, there is no "lost" shots.
