CW Tactics -- TH8 -- 105 Dragoon Attack Style

Thanks for that. I thought all of the AD's were hard to get to with balloons, so didn't know what to do. 813 was my first choice but talked myself out of it! lol

Yep, I know. None of my ground troops are strong enough for a war attack, so I have to use dragons. Of the last three wars we were matched with, 4/5 TH8's had AD666 (and some level 8 walls):(

Incidentally, a clanmate of mine (early TH10) just 3-starred that base using 11 lvl 3 dragons, 3 rage, 2 freeze. And he just CHUCKED his dragons at it! Its like I'm being punished for trying to do things right, lol.

Blind squirrels can pull off 3 stars when hitting down (a.k.a. NUKING) like your friend did hitting TH8 via TH10. What gets your clan rolling is the ability of each level to 3 star its peer war bases. TH10 entry can be 3 starred fyi so tell your pal to focus on that. LOL.

Thanks! This is a great tutorial video. As a th8 I've become much more effective for my clan in war. I've been getting at least 4 stars every war thanks to you. ;)

Quick Question: Is 105 dragoon 2h1r no longer viable with the addition of the air sweeper? Or should we go inverted with 2r1h?


Also, will you still be able to 99 dragoon with the air sweeper?

• PaulYeah -- As with all attacks, you are supposed to look at the base and determine the best attack. Depending on AS positioning, AD level, etc -- you still might do 105 and other air attacks.
• Michigan -- Inverted high five. Now get 6 stars next war. LOL.
• Abbas -- 2 stars per attack? Abbas you need to work more -- LOL. You should be able to 3 star off this.

I was thinking 105.12 for this base, but seeing as how the air sweeper is directed SE, a broadside from 4 o'clock seems risky. Would an inverted 105 coming from 10 o'clock work just as well?

I usually run with 2 Rage 1 Heal when using 105 anyways! Especially now with those Air Sweepers cutting off certain attack lines. I like using 2 Rage when I have to get through several storages before the core!
