Mr and Mrs
Now I'm not great at art and I can't go into the specifics of stats totally,as it would take me the best part of a day to research, but I hope you'll agree that there might be something here and any art or suggestions would be great.
New troops:
Barbara-Ann (available TH4)
Ranger (available TH6)
Fury (available TH8)
Dwarf (available TH10)
Concept: they are the opposite gender versions of Barbarians, Archers, Healers and Valkeries. They cost the same elixir/dark elixir at the same level as their counterpart. Researching them in the lab requires a lab level one higher than their counterpart. As it would require a seperate barracks to the other two, it could become available at TH4 and be upgradable every other TH level. When it comes to art, I was thinking it could have a ying yang on the top. As well as unlocking the troop by upgrading the barracks, the other version of the troop must also be unlocked. So you can't have a Dwarf if you don't have Valkeries.
Descriptions:
Barbara-Ann. The name is currently a bit dumb but I'm struggling to think of a female warrior other than Joan of Arc, and I think she would be a bit too modern a character for Clash of Clans. Anyway, her armour/helmet is lightweight in comparison to a barbarians and therefore she can move faster than a barb, but has less hitpoints. Her sword is lighter too so she hits the target more often than the barbs but does the same DPS.
Ranger
The Ranger grew up in the forests and has honed his hunting skills using the crudest of weapons, a short bow and knife. He wears only the fur of that he eats and so has little protection. His bow is small and so he hasn't got the range of archers and wizards. He therefore stands in between them and the meat shield and is susceptible to splash damage even when there are giants etc in front of them. He has the same DPS, hitpoints and speed as the archers. When he reaches a wall and he can no longer shoot over it, he stabs the wall, doing x2 damage.
Fury
An angry version of the healer, he is kept away from society, only to be unleashed on the enemy. Instead of casting a heal spell he casts a rage spell onto troops. At level 1 there is a 5% increase in DPS and a 10% increase in speed. This would effect a max number of troops based on the housing spaces but I don't know how many would make this fair and not overpowered. These would increase in 5% increments which each level in the laboratory. The hitpoints and movement of Fury would be the same as the healer and therefore just as susceptible to air defences.
Dwarf
A fat ginger with a massive axe. His two loves are war and gold. This is reflected as he levels up by the amount of bling he adorns himself with. His movement is slow on account of his belly but it does add extra protection. His speed is slower than the Valkery's, HP higher and DPS slightly lower. If he is within 5 tiles of gold (incl TH and CC if it contains loot) then he can smell it and starts to speed up and starts to move as quickly as a valkery, but does not target the gold, just continues doing his own thing.
Think this could add an extra dimension to all levels of the game and bring new attack tactics at many different levels. Unfortunately many of the new troops seem exclusive to high level players and take an age to upgrade so I think this will help bring a new dimension to lower level players which will in turn help supercell keep new players.
Any suggestions or artwork would be awesome
