Gold to elixir/\ elixir to gold

I think it would be great if we could convert gold into elixir or elixir into gold

but to make it even more intresting it could be like a building that converts it.

If this option is integrated it please don't make it cost gems but more like 10% or 20%

of what we are converting example:100 gold = 90 élixir

please consider adding this
