A clan bank can store resources donated by members and be handed out by the leader to clan members. Although the clan bank can't be raided directly it can lose 'Spoils of War' in clan wars ( say 50% of the banks contents to the winning side. ) Also once preparation day has begun no resources may be removed from the clan bank.
