Your base design is slightly....weird. Maybe try to make it more symmetrical and even.
The elixir storage is outside and lots of defenses are unprotected, you should start farming (put the th outside the walls) to improve your defense and to protect the resources.
I don't particularly like the two cannons next to each other. It works best when the AT and cannon pattern goes like: AT cannon AT cannon AT cannon.
Its to open but you can't do much with the little amount of walls they give you at Town Hall 6. You should try to get a mroe cermtrical base disign. I would say its pretty bad though.
With a design like that, Ill raid you over and over and over again. And yes, Im at TH6 as well.
