Hi Supercell,
Not sure if you call this a bug or not.. but this is what I observe in the game. All my builders were busy but on one builder hut it shows "z z z z".. Please see the Iphone screenshot for your reference..
I hope this would help you resolve this issue if you consider it as a bug..

Not a bug, those pesky freakin builders are just annoying, they slack off on the job and make a robot to replace them, all they have to do is program the robot to slam a hammer, I it that hard??

It only happens SOMETIMES when your heroes are upgrading.
There's another subtle animation bug-
The hut of an inactive builder will emit "zzz"s (because the builder is inside sleeping). But if you move the hut to another part of the map (try it) the builder will then run to the new location, but the hut still emits "zzz"s even though the builder is not yet inside.

Yeah, it just happens sometimes. Generally resolves itself at somepoint and doesn't cause too many problems.
