Wow, one player had a good experience with support, I guess that means support is great for everyone! My goodness, people love to generalize everything (loot especially): just because something's good or bad for you doesn't mean it's the same for everyone else.
Wow so they take down offensive content cause it affects their bottom line in a broad way and don't let people sell accounts since it doesn't cut them in on the deal and keeps new gemmers from buying gems and that makes them have good support even though people who lost accounts wait months for support?

I needed my name changed because of a big problem, took them 8 months for them to change it.
I am still grateful they did change it though, i would have waited more.
