Gems
I have a question. How come every other game I play every so often the have deals. Like that you can buy coins for a cheaper price. Or in this case gems. I don't think it's fair but I get it. The gems never go on sale and they very rarely do they give you the special where you can boost your mines and elixer for one gem. I have only gotten that twice and I have been playing for almost a year. Other games have more deals more often. It's just kinda messed up. So many people play this game and they never have deals for the gems or specials going on. I think that it would be a nice this to do for the holidays or every so often. This is my oppion let me hear what everyone else has to say about that. Thanks you.

But in this game you get free gems from obstacles.
It's a different type of "sale".

I understand that. But you get 2 gems or 3. I know you get the big box with 25. But still they can still make money on this or even more money if they had a sale. Like add 20% of the gem to each one or lower the price.
-
Well, there is a reason they don't need to do "sales" like other game, I think they are doing alright as is.
-
I understand that. They make money. But I think that it would be nice to help the customers out. They are so many people that are jail breaking the game to get gems. I don't want to do that. I just hope that mayb they might read this and do something about it. That's for your input people.

You don't really need the gems, just enjoy the ride. Life with a maxed base isn't all its made out to be. Also, sometimes you can get up to six gems from obstacles.
-
Other companies do it because they need to boost their revenue stream. Clearly, Supercell is content with the current amount of gem purchases and sees no need to take steps to increase it. As for helping the consumer, they give you the game and tons of gems for free (I estimate I've gotten close to 10k in just under 2 years), that seems like plenty to me.
-
My guess is they don't do this because people that gem would likely stockpile them during the deal (hurting revenue down the road).

They give 1 gem boost instead.
