- Making all building units, towers, and walls suffer 50% (halved) hp when the TH breaks
- Destroy x random towers
- Make towers attack at half-speed or half-power (or both)
- Give attacking army a haste/power/healing buff
- Or, introduce "Berserk" spells; players select 1 of many powerful berserk spells to bring to battle--which can turn the tide of war, but only become active if the town hall is destroyed (e.g. replenish some of your dispensed units so you can deploy them in the same battle [but these bonus units expire after the battle is over]; make your units invulnerable for x seconds; refresh your spell(s) for the duration of the battle; destroy x random towers; etc.
Soooo complicated. just make it really easy. make TH a storage with capacity of 2mil Gold, 2mil Elixir and 10K DE.
those who are willing to sacrifice 20% (assuming you have 4 other maxed storages) of their resources for a shield can continue to leave their TH outside. Those who dont can move them in...
By the way why is it an issue for you, that people leave their th outside???
