I legitimately have OCD unlike most people on the internet (been diagnosed and stuff) and I can say that having an uncentralized base does bother me. I don't think it's truly possible to have it directly in the center, though D:.

Might as well get rid of it now... If it's that big of a deal, find a base that's more spread out for the span of the Halloween event so that the likelihood that they spawn on the sides is greater. You have a lot of space on the sides for them to spawn...
That happened to me but with christmas trees and I just had to suck it up and delete it :(
I've removed 2 headstones already.
