There are several reasons.
In order to narrow down you need to first answer this:
Are you a noob?
Stay offline if you want one soon.

But it's okay. Some nob revenged me when I was past the cap on everything and only th sniped. Well, he did go after my collectors that had a tiny bit of loot. Probably because he's never seen a base with 300k/300k/2450 DE that wasn't inactive. lol. But the point is I have a shield and it was real cheap too.
