Is there a way to fix this or reset my town?

So I'm somewhat new to clash of clans. I made a newb mistake of moving up TH levels without understanding that you cant get as much gold attacking players who have lower level THs than you do. I am a level 37, I saved like crazy to upgrade to TH9 and then gemmed to TH10 thinking the extra items you can build with TH10 would be worth it. At this point I'm pretty much hosed, my barbs, archers and goblins are level 2 and I can't make farming actually worth my costs, I keep getting steamrolled by players who are TH level 8,9 or 10 but are twice my level.

I was trying to start my game over but it looks like there isn't really a way to do that according to the FAQ. Someone online said that the developers of the game could possibly restart my game. Does anyone know if that is actually possible? I have enjoyed CoC but at this point I don't think I will continue playing with the town I have now. I've pretty much put myself in a situation where I can only get resources waiting for my collectors which really isn't a lot of fun.

Restore your phone if you have an apple device, then create a new game center. Finally you have a new clash account.

I tried this last night but, I didn't allow me to create a new game center account it asked for my appleID and then logged me back into my old game center account.

If your base isn't synced with ITunes/Google Play I'd imagine you could just uninstall/reinstall. If it's synced you'd need a dev to help you, although I doubt they would do much in any decent amount of time.

TBH, you could probably work yourself out of that hole. Drop down to bronze and farm elixir of the low lvl players there until your camps, barracks, lab, and troops are of a decent level and from there rise up into silver/gold through playing in ≥30 minute blocks. Start farming gold and you should be able to boost your defenses in no time.

Also, look for collector raids. Most people don't protect their collectors much, so take advantage of the high TH players with full collectors, loot from those should be a huge asset in getting your troops up.

You'll need an especially large focus on troops, so you that your raiding will be on par with your TH. From there, you can rise in trophies and get loot off of high lvl players. While your base will get steamrolled repeatedly, you should be making more than you're losing each chunk giving you a net profit with which you can boost your base.

Go into settings ---> game center ---> sign out, then create a new account

Only way I could think of is do a factory reset, create a new gamecenter account and if it gives you the option to load your premie village when lodging in make sure you hit no. I think this should work.

If you want to play using a entire new village, just go to your apps manager and clear the data of coc. When you start coc, you will have a new village from scratch.

Take note you have to create a new google+ account for this new village. You cannot use back the old account. I only know android version so if you are using iphone or ipad, just search for info. There are guides written by many kind souls.

I do automatically sync to iCloud, I can do a factory reset but I havent found a way to restore contacts/photos etc without going back to my old gamecenter account. I have tried dropping down to bronze, the problem is the only bases I am able to beat are are giving me under 500 gold/ Elixer to the point where at times I'm spending more elixer on troups than I am winning if I win I'm netting less than 1k elixer. With gold it costs me 750 to search for an opponent, if I hit the next button 3 times its at best a wash on gold. Then when I get attacked some level 80 is looting 20k gold and elixer. I could probably spend months winning small amounts and losing large amounts and still make minimal if any progress.

I wouldn't start again if I were you.
Like the person above me said.
Drop down to bronze and just try to dig your way out.
The loot penalty will suck at first, but in time you will be better off.
Starting from the beginning again will take far too much time.
There is still quite a bit of loot in bronze. Lots of quitter down there.
There is even the odd th9/10 that you could attack that gemmed like you

You need to create a new apple id. Pretty sure you will also need two devices.

- Create new id (which creates the gamecentre account)
- Downlaod clash on a device that doesn't have it
- Start a new game with the new gamecentre account
- Go back to your main device and log into the new game centre account
- It will come up with a box saying " game centre alert. Do you want to load xxxxxxx
- Click Ok and type confirm in caps
- Done
