Just go into a campaign map and drop it.
Thats a request like how we used to drop troops in Campaign mode.

I understood troops. You could have 240 individual troops you want to dump, but spells? There's five at the max. Never heard anyone willing to waste 30k+ spells. If ya need something specific, just use them on a raid then cook what you need. Who would want to just cancel a spe for no return? You might as well just use it real quick.
Just find a base with lots of loot, and attack, for the loot. If you lose, then it doesn't matter because you got more elixir than you would lose by just canceling the spell.
