Firstly, edit your post and remove the ticket number.

If you contacted the game support and they asked you to ban your account for verification and you accepted, then don't do anything and wait until the ban ends and the game support will get back to you.

If suddenly you found that your account has been banned for verification, then you need to contact the game support and mention the ticket number.

I lost my access to my village,someone was playing on it.i opened a new account and contact SC.They said you successfully verified that this village is yours.we are going to ban it for 2 days and then send you the code.2 days are passed I still didn't get the code or any reply.Please help.
