Thanks for all the reply. Im been banned because someone is accessing my game and i reported to SC i gave them what they need to know like first day i created my account and the first receipt of buying gem. Its been a day today. Hope in a few hour will solve my problem.
my friend's account was suspended for several days when this happened. I'm not sure, but maybe during that time they need to see the illegitimate devices access the game... In any case, my friend's village is being accessed by someone else (the same person) again, so it didn't fix his problem
But i dont know the reason why that i need to be banned in several days. I send them a ticket/report to solve my problem not to give me another problem of being banned in severals days without any feedback after the ban happened.
The same thing is happening to my account right now. Exactly same bro. I have gave what SC wants already but they banned my account and didn't reply my email. U have any idea how long it takes to get it done?Quote:
