New Dark Troop: Swarm

I've been thinking of some new (and much needed) dark barracks troops, and I came up with the Swarm. Swarm would take up 1 troop training space, but when deployed, it will explode into 5 tiny troops, possibly looking like bugs. Example: if you have an army camp that holds 200 troops, and you fill each slot with swarm, when you place them you get 1000 tiny-swarm.
The swarm would each have a very slow movement speed, and each do 1 damage in 3 seconds (possibly more or less) and have 1 health each. This make them powerless alone, but together the only thing that can stop them are bomb traps or mortars.

I like the idea but I would give it a high movement speed and a little more health an damage

Well I don't want to make them to good- keep in mind there could be thousands of them :)

So what does everyone think on this?

Sounds good. Like you said if there's gonna be a lot of them then they have to be weak.

Problem is it will cause lag, I don't think an ipad 1 or iphone 3gs could handle that.

Something I don't get tho is this a air troop then ground troop or you just place it on ground and it explodes on the spot in to 5

True, I suppose it would be ground so mortars can attack it, and also the initial starting explosion wouldn't actually do damage to enemy defenses, just to release them. I also don't own BO2 =)

This would never work Jorge Yao would have like 250 of them and he would just swarm them and the person he's attacking would be overwhelmed.

Well it could be that only 3 come out of an egg... And still like I said 1 damage in 3 seconds would take 1000 of them 9 seconds to break through just one of Jorge yao's walls... Also like I said one mortar shot would destroy your whole army. But does anyone else think this?

Also I think this should come after minions in the dark barracks

its good in every way
accept the lag would also be overwelming

Yes instead of separating into more make them become one big one with the stats of a barb
I suggest evey 3 make 1 barb

I think the COC mods will be able to do something about the lag :)

Give it more damage
