The Scavenge.

OK, as everyone knows the level 3 barrack troop, the goblin is the only troop that raids resources. My idea is for a whole new troop that would look and be like a vulture and it would go straight for the loot whatever it might be: dark elixir, gold or elixir.

The scavenger would cost about 290 dark elixir and would have around 2500 hit points it would have a speed of 26 so just a bit faster than archers!

the scavenger would find a target, fly to it then drop down on to the ground (leaving it vulnerable to ground defenses: cannons etc.) as soon as its target is destroyed the scavenger would take flight again and look for its next target.
