I think the chance of getting more than 1 headstone is bigger when you have more open space for them to spawn. I just started playing last year after christmas but during the short time I managed to get two Xmas tree (I cut one down though).
Anyway I got 1 headstone, it spawns half on the edge and half on the playing field.. WHYYYY
